CANCELLATION, REFUND and WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

 

 

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.  The buyer who will exercise his right of withdrawal must have fulfilled his obligation to notify Black Fashion of his desire to benefit from this right within the legal period and under the conditions specified in this agreement. In cases where the right of withdrawal is possible, the buyer is responsible for any changes or deteriorations that occur if the buyer does not use the goods in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and usage instructions within the withdrawal period. Accordingly, if there is any change or deterioration due to not using the product in accordance with the usage instructions, technical specifications and operation during the period until the withdrawal date, the buyer may lose his right of withdrawal; In cases accepted by Black Fashion, a discount is made from the price of the product to be returned, equal to the change / deterioration. In cases where the right of withdrawal exists, it is sufficient for the buyer to send a clear notification to Black Fashion (send it verbally/in writing to the contact addresses specified above) within the legal 14-day period, stating that the buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal.

 

Free Shipping Opportunity

In your return or exchange requests, the first shipping cost is covered free of charge. However, in case of more than one return or exchange request for the same order, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.

Return Process

To make a refund, you must click on the "My Orders" button in the "My Account" section and go to the "Order Details" tab. After you register, you will be informed about the return process and return shipping information. For returns on orders without membership, please send an e-mail to etrad@blackfashion.com.tr.

 

Delivery of the product by Black Fashion to the carrier is not considered delivery to the consumer.

 

In determining the period of right of withdrawal;

a) For goods that are subject to a single order and delivered separately, the consumer or the consumer                              The day when the third party determined by the company receives the last goods,

b) For goods consisting of more than one piece, the consumer or the consumer                                 The day the designated third party receives the last piece,

c) In contracts where regular delivery of goods is made for a certain period of time, the day when the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the first goods is taken as basis.

 

In cases where there is no right of withdrawal, the buyer can only deliver the product to be returned to cargo companies with which Black Fashion has an agreement. Returns and transportation costs of products delivered to Black Fashion by any cargo company other than these cargo companies are not accepted. Returns must be sent with the product/products' labels intact , unused and undamaged. Returns of perfumed, stained, torn/dismantled or washed products are not accepted. For returns, all accessories and packaging materials must be sent completely. Products such as underwear, swimsuits and bikinis can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, untested and unused.

It will be made with the original box or packaging, and the products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example, the product with a cargo label attached to the original box and/or taped with cargo duct tape, etc.), have lost their resalable feature and cannot be purchased by another customer. Returns are not accepted. The buyer delivers the product he wants to return to Black Fashion along with the original shipping note and a petition containing the reason for the return.

 

If the buyer wants to cancel the order, he/she must request cancellation via e-mail address, telephone number or customer service number "+90850 888 88 23". Thereupon, Black Fashion notifies the buyer via e-mail that the cancellation has been completed. It should be noted that in cancellation transactions, if the product is not shipped, the entire fee will be refunded using the method used in the transaction, and if the product is shipped, the refund will be made to the buyer by deducting the shipping fee.

The products sent are examined in line with the transactions made, and if there is no obstacle to their return, the refund process is initiated. In case of using virtual POS, refunds are made to the credit/debit card used. Refunds of orders placed on the website are also made through the website. There are no refunds in our stores. For your exchange requests, the exchange will be made as soon as possible, depending on stock availability, or a refund will be provided if requested. In case of a refund, a gift voucher can be assigned to the customer and this gift voucher can be used within one year.
