MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Parties

2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions for the member to benefit from the website www.blackfashion.com.tr owned by Black Fashion. In order to establish this membership agreement, it is sufficient to enter the requested member information and the password you determine, and complete your membership by giving the specified approval and/or permissions. We particularly request that you enter your name, e-mail address/mobile phone number and other mandatory information accurately, completely and without errors; If you notice an error, correct it. 3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1 The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information he/she provides while becoming a member of the Black Fashion website is correct before the law, and that www.blackfashion.com.tr will fully and immediately compensate all damages that it may incur due to the untruth of this information.
3.2 The member cannot give the password given to him by Black Fashion to any other person or organization, the member has the right to use the password in question. For this reason, against all liability that may arise and against all claims and demands that may be made against www.blackfashion.com.tr by third parties or competent authorities, any compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use of www.blackfashion.com.tr. rights reserved.
3.3 The Member accepts and undertakes to comply with the legal regulations and not to violate them when using the Black Fashion website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.
3.4 The Member cannot use the Black Fashion website in any way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs or harasses others, for an unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the intellectual and copyright rights of others. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, viruses, trojan horses, etc.) or actions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services.
3.5 The ideas and thoughts declared, written and used by the members on the Black Fashion website are entirely the personal opinions of the members and are binding on the owner of the opinion. These views and opinions have no relation or connection with www.blackfashion.com.tr. Black Fashion has no liability for any damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by the member, or for any damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by third parties.
3.6 Black Fashion will not be responsible for unauthorized reading of member data and any damage that may occur to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Black Fashion for any damage he may incur due to the use of the Black Fashion website.
3.7 The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely to the member.
3.8 A member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement will be personally and criminally and legally responsible for this violation, and will keep www.blackfashion.com.tr free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Moreover; Due to this violation, if the incident is referred to the legal field, Black Fashion reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9 Black Fashion always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member and delete the customer's files, documents and information when necessary. The member accepts this savings in advance. In this case, Black Fashion has no liability.
3.10 Black Fashion website software and design are the property of Black Fashion, the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11 The name and internet protocol (IP) address of the internet service provider used by Black Fashion to access the site for the improvement and development of the www.blackfashion.com.tr website and/or within the framework of legal legislation, the date and time the site was accessed, the number of times accessed while on the site. Some information such as pages and the internet address of the website that allows direct connection to the site may be collected.

3.16 The Parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Black Fashion will be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence and that the said records constitute an evidence contract.
3.17 In accordance with this membership agreement, Black Fashion has the authority to send informational e-mails to the e-mail addresses registered with it and informative SMSs to the mobile phones of its members. will be deemed to have done so.
3.18 . When you use our site, all credit card transactions and approvals are carried out online by the relevant bank and similar card institutions, independent of our company. Members are personally responsible for any inconveniences that may occur during payment, such as fishing attacks. Our company will not display any data screens, including the member's bank information and password, and will connect to secure payment platforms provided by banks.
3.19 The security and terms of use published on our website apply; Use of information from websites accessed to view advertisements, banners, content or for any other purpose, from all notifications they receive and from mobile applications, as well as the ethical principles of the sites, privacy-security principles, personal data retention and destruction policies, service quality, terms of use and Our Company is not responsible for any disputes, material or moral damages and losses that may arise due to other applications.

4. Termination of Contract
This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels his membership or his membership is canceled by Black Fashion. Black Fashion may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the member's membership if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.
5. Settlement of disputes
We would be pleased to meet all legitimate demands, complaints and applications of our members. If it is not possible, you can apply to the Provincial and District Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in your place of residence, within the legal monetary limits. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes regarding this agreement.
6. Enforcement
This agreement enters into force once the member completes the membership process.
